Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Abstract must be submitted online via the Congress website in English

Final forms of presentation can be in any of the following format:

» Oral Presentation

» E-Poster / Poster Presentation

Category: Select the category which BEST describes the content of your abstract.

Categories are used for reviewing and indexing purposes:

» Clinical

» Non-Clinical

Tables, graphs and images are not permitted.

Abstract submitted by fax, email or post will not be accepted.

Abstract must be submitted on or before 5 May 2026. The online submission system will close at 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on the same day.

Abstract must be received by the announced deadline. Abstract received after the deadline will not be considered.

Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

MSN members who submitted abstracts will be prioritized in the Education Grant selection!

Preparing Your Abstract for Submission

Research Format

  • Introduction (background and specific objective of the study)
  • Methods (description of methods used)
  • Results (summary of results obtained, it is not acceptable to simply state "The results will be discussed".)
  • Conclusion (conclusion reached)

Case Report

  • Introduction (background and specific objective of the study)
  • N/A
  • Results (summary of results obtained, it is not acceptable to simply state "The results will be discussed".)
  • Conclusion (conclusion reached)

The abstract should be as informative as possible and include the following details:

Abstract title: Limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE

Abstract should be accompanied by the authors' names and affiliations.

Abstract text: Limited to 300 words (NOT including Authors and Affiliations)

Abstract topic: Abstract must be allocated to a specific area of interest from below: *Adult Neurology *Stroke *Basic Neuroscience

Use only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations are not recommended.

If otherwise necessary, the latter should be placed in parentheses after the first mentioned of the full word.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.

Notification Of Decision

All abstracts will be forwarded to the Scientific Program Committee for review

Notifications regarding the status of your abstract will be sent once the review process is complete.

The presenting author will be informed of the presentation details, including presentation type (oral or poster), scheduled presentation day and time.

The results will be released by 12th June 2026.

Presentation at the Congress

Instructions for preparation of poster/oral presentations will be sent together with acceptance notifications.

The committee will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

The submitter must be the presenter.
